1. Project Scope
- Brandkit Solution will design and develop a website based on the client’s provided inputs, reference sites, and branding requirements.
- Any additional features not mentioned at the start will be considered as extra and charged accordingly.
2. Payment Terms
- 100% Advance is required before starting the project.
- Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or other agreed methods.
- No refund policy after work has been initiated.
3. Delivery Time
- Website delivery timeframe: 7 to 45 working days, depending on the complexity of the design and content provided by the client.
- Delay in content submission by the client may affect the final delivery timeline.
4. Revisions
- Up to 3 free revisions are allowed during the design phase.
- Additional revisions will be chargeable based on the effort involved.
5. Content & Images
- All website content (text, images, logos) must be provided by the client.
- Stock images or writing services are available at extra cost if required.
6. Ownership & Rights
- The final website design will be the property of the client after full payment.
- Brandkit Solution reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or for marketing purposes.
7. Hosting & Domain
- Hosting and domain are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
- We offer affordable hosting plans and domain registration upon request.
8. Post-Delivery Support
- Free support for 15 days after website delivery for technical issues only.
- Long-term maintenance packages are available separately.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Brandkit Solution is not liable for any damages or loss due to third-party hosting, domain services, or cyber-attacks after handover.
10. Termination
- If the client discontinues the project midway, no refunds will be issued.
- We reserve the right to terminate the project for violation of terms or abusive behavior.

Once the website is made live, any changes, edits, or updates will be chargeable as per our standard maintenance rates.
This includes:
- Adding or editing content/images
- Adding new pages or sections
- Design or layout changes
- Plugin or functionality upgrades
- Bug fixes caused by third-party updates (hosting, plugins, etc.)
