1. Approval of Terms and Conditions
We do not provide any services unless these Terms and Conditions are explicitly approved by the customer.
2. Payment Policy
- Payment is accepted only after providing all relevant information to the customer.
- We require payments to be made one month in advance.
- Non-refundable Payments: If the customer cancels the plan, no payment will be refunded.
3. Ad Account Responsibility
- If a customer’s ad account is closed for any reason, BrandKit Solution will not be held responsible.
4. Business Document Proof Requirement
- We do not proceed with any work without valid business document proof.
- Business proof is particularly important for industries such as Politics, Real Estate, and Gambling.
- If the customer refuses to provide business proof after payment, the payment is non-refundable.
5. Ad Plans and Platform Usage
- We primarily use Matter Ads and Google Ads. However, usage depends on the plan selected:
- Silver Plan: Includes Matter Ads only.
- Gold Plan: Includes both Matter Ads and Google Ads.
- GST is extra and not included in the base plan price.
6. Communication and OTP/Payment Verifications
- All calls regarding OTPs or payments will only be made from the registered mobile number of BrandKit Solution.
7. Ad Delivery Timeline
- Ads may take 1–2 days to start as we perform audience analysis and market research to ensure the best results.
8. Account and WhatsApp Policy
- If your Facebook ad account or WhatsApp account gets blocked during the campaign, BrandKit Solution will not be held responsible.
- In case your account is unusable, we will run ads through our agency account.
9. Daily Ad Report
- A daily ad performance report will be shared on your registered WhatsApp number at 6:00 PM every evening.
10. Approval of Software and Terms
- All software and services will be used or initiated only after these Terms and Conditions are approved.
- Approval of all business information, product details, and terminal conditions must be confirmed via email.
