WhatsApp API & Blue Tick Terms and Conditions
- Plan Variations: Our plans differ based on whether the service requires business documents or not. Additional charges apply for document-free services.
- Facebook Business Manager Setup: Customers must provide their Facebook ID and valid business documents for setting up a Facebook Business Manager account.
- Exclusion Clause: The Facebook Business Manager setup does not include access to the WhatsApp Business API platform.
- API Subscription: The WhatsApp Business API platform requires a monthly recharge of $10.
- Additional Charges: If a customer wishes to create a Facebook Business Manager account without documents, additional charges will apply.
- Additional Document Services: For customers lacking business documentation, we offer MSME documentation services using provided Aadhaar card, PAN card, mobile number, and email ID.
- Restricted Content: We do not support or promote betting, gambling, or trading platforms under any circumstances.
- Blue Tick Requirements: Business documents are mandatory for obtaining a WhatsApp Business Blue Tick verification.
- Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment for the WhatsApp API Blue Tick service is non-refundable.
- Confidential Information: Articles and paid PR used for verification are confidential and will not be shared with clients.
- Meta Approval Process: We are responsible only for submitting the application for WhatsApp Green Tick verification. Approval is solely at Meta’s discretion.
- Blacklisted Entities: Businesses or individuals blacklisted in India are not eligible for WhatsApp Business Green Tick verification.
- Non-Payment Penalty: Failure to make the required payment after obtaining a Green Tick ( Blue Tick ) may result in the removal of the verification.
- Service Duration:
- Facebook Business Manager accounts are provided for a lifetime.
- WhatsApp Business API services are available on a monthly subscription basis.
- Blue Tick and Green Tick verifications are granted for lifetime use.
- Faulty Business Manager Accounts: If a customer’s Facebook Business Manager account is faulty, it may prevent obtaining a Blue Tick. Brandkit Solution will not be held responsible in such cases.
- Delivery Time : Meta Blue Tick ( Green Tick ) 3-4 Month Maximum , WhatsApp API 1 Week Maximum
